     It is approaching the end of the year now. Do you think your boss is an ass-hole and that you cannot bear him /her anymore for the rest of the year? Have you ever feel somebody be “too much” in some circumstances? Did your friends “piss you off” sometimes? If your answers to some of the cases I just mentioned above is positive, do you fell “angry” about that? We're gonna talk about “Anger Management” in the last meeting of year 2003. Questions for Discussion:
Session I
1. In general, we consider that the emotion“anger” is kind of negative, but do you think “anger” is totally negative of a person? Why or why not?
2. Are you a person who gets mad easily? If the answer is positive, what are the reasons that make you feel angry easier than others? If the answer is negative, what do you do in the meanwhile if something or somebody really pisses you off?

Session II
3. What do you usually do to calm  yourself down when you are angry?
4. Furthermore, what factors make people get angry often? And how to release them?

     Since this meeting is the last one of year 2003, I would like to ask everyone to share his/her feelings for the whole year or the vision of the next. ( A long speech is not necessary; a few simple sentences will be ok. )

     Last but not the least, everybody's attendance is welcomed, including freshmen and guests of YOYO.
